Returns & Exchange Policy
We handle all returns on a case by case basis. If you receive damaged goods you are eligible for a full refund. Please keep in mind our hard wax products are meant to be melted – if there is slight deformation in our wax bead shapes it does not constitute as a “damaged” item. Due to the sanitary nature of our products must be unused and unopened. Please contact us within 14 days of your order delivery date to be eligible for support. To proceed with the return process, please fill out our Order Return form. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process from the date product arrives for inspection.
